It is of utmost importance to make sure your animal has been fully vaccinated. Have your pets updated vaccination booklet with you at the time of drop off which you will be required to present.

Regardless of the precautionary measures we take where keeping your pet parasite free is concerned, we recommend that you also put an anti-parasitic collar on your animal or apply an anti-parasitic ampule for ticks and fleas on your cat or dog. Don’t forget to inform us of the measures you have taken!!

Please inform us of any particularities your animal may have where food, sleep patterns, and behavior is concerned and any medical pathology that is not mentioned in it’s health/vaccination booklet.

During periods of high demand for the hospitality of animals, such as Easter, Christmas and summer season, it is preferable for you to make arrangements for your pet companion well ahead of time. You can give us a call or book online. 15 days prior to your vacation date is a sufficient amount of time to ensure a spot at our premises.
